How do I sign up?
To sign up, click the Calendar tab at the top of the page to view the scheduled paintings. Once you’ve decided on a night/painting, click on register/view details to get signed up. Don’t forget to note if you are using a gift card, coupon or coming with a group or individuals who are registering separately. Please note the cancellation policy at the bottom of this page.
What if I want to change the colors of the painting?
You are always welcome to change the colors! Pick something that matches your decor. Or, maybe you are coming with a roommate or significant other and don’t want to do the exact same painting. We suggest you switch the colors or pick complementary colors so that they will look nice hanging on the wall together. Our instructors will be happy to help you with this!
When will you post next months calendar?
We post calendars by the 15th of each month for following month.
Is there an age restriction?
Yes. You must be 16 years old to attend regular painting nights and mimosa mornings. If you have little ones who want to paint please join us for Open Paint sessions, Mom and Me sessions, sign up for our summer kids camp, or book a kids birthday party with us!! Check our calendar for upcoming dates. Our KIDS tab has great information there too!
Can we sit with our friends?
Yes, of course! That’s what makes it fun! If you have a group and you are all booking separately, please let us know who’s in your group or your group name. You can call yourselves anything you want! Examples: Jess’ Birthday, Miller Sisters, Mom’s Group, Wild Woman! We will do our best to accommodate your group; however, it’s recommend you come 20 minutes early to insure you are all seated together.
Do you offer deals every month?
We work hard to keep our everyday price as low and affordable as possible! Every once-in-awhile, though, we’ll throw a good deal your way! Please “like” us on facebook and sign up for our newsletter at the top right corner of this page and you will be the first to know!
Can we BYOB?
NO. Contrary to popular belief, an establishment in NE must have a liquor license to allow BYOB. Since we have a license, we have chosen to put in a bar and sell you drinks. Our drinks are very reasonably priced and, of course, you must be at lease 21 years or older to purchase alcoholic beverages. Bottom’s Up!
Are walk-ins welcome?
While we prefer pre-registration, walk-ins are welcome.
What should I wear?
We will have aprons to cover most of you while you paint, so wear what you like but remember we are working with paint and accidents do happen.
What time should I arrive at class?
We recommend arriving about 15-20 minutes before class starts to get checked in.
What size are the canvases?
Typically we paint on a 16″ x 20″ canvas but check your registration page as we sometimes like to change things up!
What should I bring?
Just bring your friends and your creative spirit…we provide the rest!

What is your Cancellation Policy?
Join The Corky Canvas for a fun night out. We offer an upbeat, creative class for both the artistic and the not so artistic. Come try the basics of acrylic painting and discover your hidden talents.
Classes are typically 2 -2½ hour sessions for $35-$40 per painter. Prices may vary so be sure to check when registering. We provide the canvas, paint, brushes, and aprons.
